Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจำหน่ายผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลของภาคตะวันออกแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อส่งเสริมธุรกิจขนาดย่อม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการจำหน่ายผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลของภาคตะวันออกแบบเดิมและแบบออนไลน์ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของระบบจำหน่ายผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลของภาคตะวันออกแบบออนไลน์ โดยใช้สวนโชคชัยนฤดี จังหวัดระยอง เป็นกรณีศึกษา ระบบนี้ได้รับ การออกแบบและพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการให้บริการลูกค้าควบคู่ไปกับการขายแบบเดิมให้มีประสิทธิ์ภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นขยายฐานลูกค้าจากต่างพื้นที่ และเพิ่มช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ซึ่งระบบที่พัฒนามีลักษณะเป็นเว็บไซต์ แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบเป็นแบบ Waterfall Model พัฒนาเว็บไซต์โดยเลือกใช้ AppServ 2.5.10 ในการจำลองเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ใช้ภาษา PHP ในการเขียนโปรแกรม และใช้ฐานข้อมูล MySQL ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล ซึ่งผลการเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการจำหน่ายผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลของภาคตะวันออกแบบเดิม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย (  x= 2.48 S.D. = 0.36) และแบบออนไลน์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 3.87  S.D. = 0.46) การจำหน่ายผลไม้ตามฤดูกาลของภาคตะวันออกแบบออนไลน์มีความพึงพอใจสูงกว่าแบบเดิม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และผู้วิจัยได้ทำการประเมินคุณภาพระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้วิธี Black Box Testing โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ 5 คน ผลการประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (  x= 4.39 S.D. = 0.49) และประเมินโดยผู้ใช้งาน 30 คน ผลการประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.45 S.D. = 0.72) สรุปได้ว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาอยู่ในระดับมาก และสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง

               The objectives of this research were 1) to develop online distribution system for Eastern seasonal fruits in order to support small business enterprises, 2) to compare seasonal fruit sales patterns of the original Eastern and online and 3) to Evaluate the quality of the system using Chokchai Naruddee Park in Rayong is a case study. This system has been designed and developed to be a web-based service to increase the potential of customer service alongside traditional sales to be more efficient, expand the customer base from different areas, and increase distribution channels via the Internet. The System development based on the development cycle of the Waterfall Model. The Developed websites are using AppServ 2.5.10 for server simulations, PHP language to code programming and MySQL databases to manage databases. Comparative results the traditional seasonal fruits pattern that the overall level is low (  x= 2.48 S.D. = 0.36) but the online part that the overall level is very high ( x= 3.87 S.D. = 0.46). In addition, the seasonal distribution of the East of Thailand online is more than satisfactory at the .01 level of significance. The researcher evaluated the quality of the system developed using Black Box Testing method by 5 computer system experts, the overall system quality assessment was at a high level ( x =  4.39 S.D. = 0.49) and 30 users, the overall system quality score was at the highest level (x  = 4.45 S.D. = 0.72).
