Abstract

In automotive part manufacturing, part’s qualities are main important that manufacturers have to concern during production process. The purpose of this research is a development of automated quality inspection by applying image processing system to investigate the quality of plastic injection parts in vehicle part industries. In dimension measurement section of this research is measured complicated and various geometries instead of operator’s inspection. The result was found that automated inspection can reduce time and enhance precision of inspection process therefore this process can increase work’s efficiency and reliability to enhance customer’s satisfy
