การพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้วยเทคนิค ATP-DSS สำหรับลดความล่าช้าและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการตอบกลับคำสั่งซื้อภายใต้การผลิตแบบตามสั่ง กรณีศึกษาบริษัทผลิตสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

บทคัดย่อ

สภาพปัจจุบันของบริษัทผู้ผลิตสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์กำลังเผชิญปัญหาความล่าช้าในการตอบกลับปริมาณที่ให้สัญญาได้กับลูกค้า จากกลยุทธ์การผลิตแบบทำตามสั่ง มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการลูกค้าและขีดความสามารถทางการแข่งขัน งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้วยเทคนิค ATP-DSS ซึ่งเป็นหลักการของการนำระบบสารสนเทศที่ช่วยในการตัดสินใจมาใช้บริหารจัดการงานสินค้าคงคลัง สำหรับแก้ไขปัญหาความล่าช้าในการตอบกลับปริมาณชิ้นส่วนที่พร้อมให้สัญญาได้ซึ่งเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ของกระบวนการตอบกลับคำสั่งซื้อของบริษัทผลิตสินค้าอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมุ่งเน้นการลดข้อบกพร่องและความแปรปรวนของกระบวนการดังกล่าว การศึกษาได้พัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจแบบทันที โดยบูรณาการเทคนิคการจัดการปริมาณที่ให้สัญญาได้ หลักการหกซิกมา การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคแบบลีน และแนวทางการปรับรื้อกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ เพื่อเพิ่มความแม่นยำและประสิทธิภาพในการประเมินระดับสินค้าคงคลัง กำลังการผลิต และความพร้อมของชิ้นส่วนจากผู้ส่งมอบชิ้นส่วนแบบเรียลไทม์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้วยเทคนิค ATP-DSS สามารถลดเวลาในกระบวนการตอบกลับคำสั่งซื้อได้โดยเฉลี่ย 22.23 นาทีต่อคำสั่งซื้อ หรือร้อยละ 84.62 และเพิ่มอัตราการตอบกลับภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ได้เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 69.71 นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถลดข้อบกพร่องได้ร้อยละ 100 หรือขจัดข้อผิดพลาดจนหมดสิ้น และทำให้ความแปรปรวนของกระบวนการมีเสถียรภาพมากขึ้น โดยค่าความสามารถด้านศักยภาพของกระบวนการ (Cpk) เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 0.95 เป็น 1.37 และผลการวิจัยยังแสดงให้เห็นว่า กิจกรรมที่สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VA) เพิ่มขึ้น 7 ขั้นตอน หรือร้อยละ 100 ในขณะที่กิจกรรมที่ไม่สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มแต่จำเป็น (NNVA) ลดลง 7 ขั้นตอน หรือร้อยละ 87.50
