อิทธิพลของเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดต่อสมบัติของจีโอพอลิเมอร์เพสต์จากเถ้าลอย

บทคัดย่อ

จีโอพอลิเมอร์เพสต์เป็นวัสดุเชื่อมประสานชนิดหนึ่งที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มีคุณสมบัติเชิงกลที่ดีและมีความทนทานสูง อย่างไรก็ตาม การบ่มด้วยความร้อนเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นเพื่อเร่งกระบวนการจีโอพอลิเมอร์ไรเซชัน งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดต่อสมบัติของจีโอพอลิเมอร์เพสต์จากเถ้าลอยในอุณหภูมิแวดล้อมทั่วไป โดยใช้เถ้าลอยแคลเซียมสูงและเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดเป็นวัสดุตั้งต้นหลักในอัตราส่วน 100:0 75:25 50:50 25:75 และ 0:100 โดยน้ำหนัก กำหนดอัตราส่วนของเหลวต่อวัสดุผงเท่ากับ 0.60 โดยน้ำหนัก อัตราส่วนสารละลายโซเดียมซิลิเกตต่อสารละลายโซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ความเข้มข้น 10 โมลาร์ เท่ากับ 1.0 โดยน้ำหนัก ทดสอบคุณสมบัติของจีโอพอลิเมอร์เพสต์ ได้แก่ ค่าการไหลแผ่ ระยะเวลาการก่อตัว กำลังอัดและวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างทางจุลภาค ผลการทดลองแสดงให้เห็นว่าความสามารถในการไหลและระยะเวลาการก่อตัวลดลงเมื่อปริมาณเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดเพิ่มขึ้น การใช้เถ้าลอยร่วมกับเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดในอัตราส่วน 75:25 โดยน้ำหนัก แสดงค่ากำลังอัดสูงสุดที่อายุ 28 วัน เท่ากับ 44.3 เมกะปาสคาล การวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างจุลภาคเผยให้เห็นว่าแคลเซียมที่ละลายออกมาจากเปลือกหอยทำปฏิกิริยากับซิลิเกตและอะลูมิเนตเกิดเป็นแคลเซียมอะลูมิโนซิลิเกตไฮเดรตร่วมกับเจลจีโอพอลิเมอร์หลักส่งผลโครงสร้างจุลภาคมีความหนาแน่นมากขึ้นและมีความแข็งแรงต่อแรงอัดเพิ่มขึ้น แสดงให้เห็นว่าจีโอพอลิเมอร์เพต์จากเถ้าลอยผสมเปลือกหอยนางรมบดละเอียดมีศักยภาพสูงในการผลิตวัสดุก่อสร้างที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยสามารถพัฒนากำลังอัดได้ดีภายใต้การบ่มที่อุณหภูมิห้อง
