แบบจำลองเครือข่ายเพื่อวิเคราะห์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคใบด่างมันสำปะหลังในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์บนโครงสร้างเครือข่ายสองโหนด เพื่อศึกษาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคใบด่างมันสำปะหลังในประเทศไทย โดยจำแนกประชากรพืชออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มตามสถานการณ์ติดเชื้อ และพิจารณาการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างสองพื้นที่ที่เกิดจากการเคลื่อนย้ายของแมลงที่เป็นพาหะและท่อนพันธุ์ แบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์ถูกวิเคราะห์เชิงสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้เมทริกซ์รุ่นถัดไปในการคำนวณค่าสืบพันธ์พื้นฐาน equation และตรวจสอบเสถียรภาพของจุดสมดุลด้วยทฤษฎีบทวงกลมของเกอร์โกริน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอัตราการติดเชื้อและอัตราการฟื้นตัวมีอิทธิพลต่อค่า equation มากที่สุด โดยแบบจำลองสามารถอธิบายพลวัตของโรคได้ทั้งในสภาวะไร้โรคและสภาวะระบาด ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความเสี่ยงในการกระจายระหว่างพื้นที่ที่มีการเคลื่อนย้ายต้นพันธุ์ ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายที่สอดคล้องกับผลการวิจัย ได้แก่ การควบคุมการเคลื่อนย้ายท่อนพันธุ์ การใช้พันธุ์ต้านทาน และการจัดการพื้นที่ปลูกอย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมโรคใบด่างมันสำปะหลังอย่างยั่งยืน
