การประยุกต์การวิเคราะห์จำแนกกลุ่มเพื่อการตัดสินใจเชิงข้อมูลในการลดของเสียจากการดึงวงจรรวมออกจากเทปรองรับการตัด : กรณีศึกษาบริษัทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แห่งหนึ่ง

บทคัดย่อ

บริษัทอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แห่งหนึ่ง พบว่า อัตราความล้มเหลวในการดึงวงจรรวมออกจากเทปรองรับการตัดอยู่ในระดับสูงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.5 ส่งผลให้เกิดของเสียจำนวนมากและเพิ่มต้นทุนในกระบวนการผลิต งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดึงวงจรรวมออกจากเทปรองรับการตัด โดยประยุกต์ใช้การวิเคราะห์จำแนกกลุ่ม (discriminant analysis) เพื่อจำแนกชิ้นงานเป็นกลุ่มของดีและกลุ่มของเสีย พร้อมทั้งหาค่าที่เหมาะสมของตัวแปรหลักที่มีผลต่อการลดของเสียในกระบวนการตรวจสอบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยใช้ข้อมูลจริงจำนวน 180 ชุดเพื่อสร้างและทดสอบสมการ ตัวแปรทำนาย (X) ได้แก่ ระยะเข็ม (X1) แรงดูดสุญญากาศของหัวจับวงจรรวม (X2) และแรงดูดสุญญากาศของเข็มแทงเทปรองรับการตัด (X3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัจจัยหลักสองประการ ได้แก่ ระยะเข็ม (X1) และแรงดูดสุญญากาศของหัวจับวงจรรวม (X2) มีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความสำเร็จของกระบวนการ แบบจำลองหรือสมการเพื่อแสดงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรตามและตัวต้นได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้น โดยมีความแม่นยำร้อยละ 95.14 ในการสร้างโมเดล และร้อยละ 97.22 ในการทดสอบ นอกจากนี้ งานวิจัยนี้ได้กำหนดค่าที่เหมาะสม คือ ระยะเข็ม (X1) เท่ากับ 502 ไมโครเมตร และแรงดูดสุญญากาศของหัวจับวงจรรวม (X2) เท่ากับ -0.55 มิลลิบาร์ ขณะเดียวกันมีการเสนอให้ตั้งค่าแรงดูดสุญญากาศของเข็มแทงเทปรองรับการตัด (X3) เท่ากับ -0.15 มิลลิบาร์ ส่งผลให้ค่าเฉลี่ยของสัดส่วนจำนวนแผ่นที่ดึงวงจรรวมไม่ขึ้นลดลงร้อยละ 13.25 และค่าเฉลี่ยจำนวนวงจรรวมที่ดึงไม่ขึ้นลดลงร้อยละ 43.36 อันทำให้ลดต้นทุนการกำจัดของเสียได้ถึงร้อยละ 48.25
