ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to study the guidelines for studying the problems and solving problems of personnel administration of school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 to compare personnel management problems of administrators Educational institutions under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Zone 2 classified by school size, administrative experience And educational level and to find solutions to personnel management problems of personnel administrators of school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The sample groups are school administrators under the Primary Education Area Office Education Chonburi Area 2 Number 112 people for the sample group that used 12 interview techniques the results of the study showed that the personnel management of the school administrators under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 was overall.
