ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญการฝังเข็มสำหรับ โรคออฟฟิศซินโดรม

Abstract

ศาสตร์ฝังเข็มนั้นมีรายละเอียดปลีกย่อยมากมาย ทั้งวิธีวินิจฉัยโรค มูลเหตุของโรค การใช้จุดหลัก จุดเสริม จุดบำรุง-ถ่าย ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันไปตามมูลเหตุของโรค ประสบการณ์ของแพทย์ผู้รักษา ตำราที่ใช้และตามอาการผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย รายละเอียดปลีกย่อยเหล่านี้เกิดจากประสบการณ์ของแพทย์ผู้ฝังเข็มที่สะสมมาและตำราที่ใช้ศึกษา รวมไปถึงเทคนิคส่วนตัว ซึ่งความรู้ดังกล่าวอาจสูญหายไปกับตัวบุคคล บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอการสร้างฐานความรู้ในการฝังเข็ม โดยใช้ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญ รวบรวมความรู้จากตำราฝังเข็มโบราณซึ่งมีจุดฝังเข็มพิเศษมากถึง 872 จุด จากประสบการณ์ในการรักษาของ อ.เกรียงไกร เถลิงพล รวมถึงการฝังเข็มบำรุง-ถ่ายตามยามเวลาของจีน และนำไปทดสอบหาจุดฝังเข็ม ในโรคกลุ่มออฟฟิศซินโดรม จำนวน 11 โรค ได้แก่ นอนไม่หลับ ความดันโลหิตสูง กระเพาะอาหาร สายตาผิดปกติ ปวดหลัง ปวดหัว ปวดคอบ่าไหล่ ปวดขาหนีบด้านหน้า แขนชา ปวดข้อมือ และนิ้วล็อก ซึ่งจากผลการทดลองพบว่า ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญสามารถแนะนำจุดฝังเข็มที่เป็นจุดหลักได้ตรงกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งหมด รวมทั้งมีจุดอื่นๆ ที่สามารถใช้เป็นจุดเสริมได้

Acupuncture Expert System for Office Syndrome

The field of acupuncture is very detailed and intricate due to the underlying causes of the diseases, doctor’s experience, reference materials and each patient’s conditions. This knowledge is based on experience and technical expertise, which might be gone with the expert. Therefore, this paper presents a knowledge-based expert system for acupuncture treatment which is based on three main sources of knowledge. The first one is from an ancient textbook for acupuncture that encompass up to 872 points. The second one is from the experience of the expert, who name is Kreangkrai Taleangpon (Lee). The last one is from a treatment based on ancient Chinese time. The experiments are conducted based on 11 office syndrome diseases, which are insomnia, hypertension, peptic ulcer, eye disorder, backache, headache, neck and shoulder pain, inguinodynia, arm senseless, wrists pain and fingers locked. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the cure that the system can suggest all main acupuncture points plus some minor points.
