การพัฒนาชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติออนไลน์โดยใช้แนวคิดหมวก 6 ใบ สำหรับการแบ่งปันความรู้

Abstract

องค์กรสมัยใหม่ได้นำแนวคิดการจัดการความรู้มาใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์กร การแบ่งปันความรู้เป็นกระบวนการจัดการความรู้เพื่อให้สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากความรู้ที่แบ่งปันได้มากยิ่งขึ้น เว็บบอร์ดเป็นเครื่องมือที่นิยมนำมาใช้แบ่งปันความรู้ในชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติ (Community of Practices) ที่ให้บริการผ่านระบบเครือข่ายหรือชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติออนไลน์ (Online Community of Practices : OCoPs)

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติออนไลน์โดยใช้เว็บบอร์ดในโปรแกรมจัดการเนื้อหาที่เสริมแนวคิดหมวก 6 ใบเพื่อกระตุ้นให้บุคลากรปรับแนวคิดในการแสดงความคิดเห็นตามสีของหมวกที่ได้รับ ระบบชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติออนไลน์นี้ได้นำไปทดสอบกับชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่งในระยะเวลา 4 เดือน ผลการทดสอบพบว่าเว็บบอร์ดที่มีแนวคิดหมวก 6 ใบ ช่วยให้สมาชิกของชุมชนผู้ปฏิบัติออนไลน์แสดงความคิดเห็น และแบ่งปันความรู้ในมิติที่หลากหลายได้ดียิ่งขึ้นในระดับมาก โดยหมวกสีขาวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลในการแสดงความคิดเห็นเป็นหมวกที่นิยมใช้มากที่สุดในการแลกเปลี่ยนและแบ่งปันความรู้ ในขณะที่หมวกสีเหลืองที่เกี่ยวกับการคิดเชิงบวกมีการเลือกใช้งานน้อยที่สุด

The Implementation of the Online Community of Practices (OCoPs) based on the Six Thinking Hats Concept for Sharing Knowledge

Modern organizations have implemented KM concept for the enterprise development. Knowledge sharing is a KM process for organization to gain more benefit from shared knowledge. Web-board is one of popular KM tools for sharing knowledge in the Community of Practices (CoPs) using the Computer Network called Online Community of Practices (OCoPs).

The OCoPs have been implemented by integrating the six hats concept to web board in the Document Management System (DMS) for activating careful ideas or suggestions based on the color of the hats. This system is tested by OCoPs members of the secondary school for 4 months. The results show that the Web board using six hats concept can support CoPs members to share their knowledge. The white hat, regarding the information search, is the most popular selected hat for exchanging and sharing knowledge. While the yellow hat, which is a positive and rational thinking hat, is the fewest selected hat.
