Firstly, two statistical analysis by using 2<sup>k-1</sup>&nbsp;fractional factorial design is applied to screen four factors and two levels for each factor. There are Turning speed as 770 and 1,800 rpm., Feed rate as 0.15 and 0.35 mm., Depth of cut as 1 and 3 mm. and Approach angle as 75 and 105 degrees.
