The samples in this study included 290 engineers who are supervisors performers and technicians. This research tool in this study was five scales questionnaire. Data were calculated by percentage, mean (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">), standard deviation (S.D.) and Priority Needs Index (PNI). The results could be summarized as follows:</p><ol><li class="show">The requirement training needs of supervisor in manufacturing of automotive parts in overall of 7 aspects are in high level with &nbsp;of 4.17 and high in every aspects .With the range from the highest to the lowest as follows. The mean of plan for teach was ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">=4.29). The mean of writing objective behaviors was ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">=4.26). The mean of instruction media design was (<img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}"> =4.19). The mean of content analyzing was ( =4.17). The mean of teaching document preparation was ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">=4.15). The mean of evaluation document preparation was ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">=4.15) and the mean of teaching method was ( <img title="\bar{x}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?\bar{x}">=4.11).</li><li class="show">The range of the training needs included. The priority needs index of writing objective behaviors was 0.51. The priority needs index of teaching document preparation was 0.50. The priority needs index of instruction media design was 0.49. The priority needs index of content analyzing was 0.48. The priority needs index of plan for teach was 0.47. The priority needs index of evaluation document preparation was 0.47.
