The purposes of this research were to ; 1) Development of Electronics Book on Composition Photography for Vocational Certificate level for quality and efficiency and 2) Compare learning achievement  before and after learning with Electronics Book on Composition Photography for Vocational Certificate level, at Thaivichitsilp Technological College. The samples were 100 vocational certificate students selected by cluster random sampling and divided into two group ,the first group were 50 students for finding efficiency of electronic book ,the second group were 50 student for comparison of before and after learning achievement. The instruments of this research were consisted Electronics Book on Composition Photography, the qualitative evaluation form Electronics Book on Composition Photography and the achievement test to find the accomplishment to learning. The analysis of the achievement test to find index of congruency (IOC) was reported between 0.67-1.00, the difficulty level between 0.20-0.80, the discrimination value between 0.20-0.70, the reliability was 0.86. Prior to students performed the experiment, the pretests were administered. Then, the students proceeded to study Electronics Book on Composition Photography, and took sub-tests after studying each topic. When they finished all topics, the posttests were administered. The data collected were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent sample.

The result of the study showed that Electronics Book on Composition Photography had the efficiency of lesson equal to 88.40:87.33 which met the standard criteria of 80 : 80 and the result of learning achievement was concluded that posttest scores were significantly higher than pretest scores of subjects learning with Development of Electronics Book on Composition Photography at 0.05 levels.
